We welcome James Eash, Senior Development Officer at Action Housing, a group building permanently affordable housing here in Pittsburgh. They just opened a project in Squirrel Hill called Flats on Forward and were chosen by the URA for a downtown office conversion at 500 Ross St. We’ll hear from James about how they work, and save plenty of time for Q&A.

How to get there:
The Jewish Community Center is near the intersection of Forbes and Murray Ave. Bus lines 61A/B/C/D, and 64 stop nearby. There is a limited amount of car parking in the garage, and plentiful street parking. The JCC also has plentiful covered bike parking.
